What I like about homework guidance is that you get good help if you have any questions. And also that once I’m done with my homework/learning, I don’t have to do anything at home for school. Because I have more concentration there than at home. So I perform a lot more for school. That’s why I’m certainly very satisfied with it.
The need was great. My son was about to take his exam and he didn’t know how to approach it. He was now so used to his own way of working, which turned out not to be good, that it was difficult to change this. He went to homework help for a few months. Our daughter is having a hard time in the subjects of mathematics and economics in 4 HAVO. I am in HAVO 4 at Odulphus and have now been with Wilde Huiswerkbegeleiding for a few days. The guidance is very nice, you get a lot of explanation when you ask for it, but also when they think it is useful. I can concentrate very well, nice layout of tables and it is always quiet. I am also not expected to work for 3/4 hours straight. I’m really glad I started trying this!
With my son’s personal guidance and improved results, his self-confidence grew. He goes 3 times a week with pleasure (yes really!) and comes home excited. Our son received negative study advice and had to catch up in 3 months. He had no experience with languages such as French and German. When our children started there was a bit of a messy period, which meant that things sometimes went wrong and grumbling was necessary every now and then; that now seems resolved and under control.
